Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee overall quality control activities throughout the production process.
* Recruit suitable and skilled quality personnel for the section as per requirements.
* Lead and manage the inspection team effectively to ensure smooth quality operations.
* Ensure that finished garments meet the approved sample and required quality standards.
* Identify recurring quality issues and take corrective measures.
* Coordinate with the production team to minimize defects and maintain product quality.
Requirements:
* Practical experience in garments quality control is required.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
Educational Qualification:
Relevant educational background preferred for both positions.
Salary:
Negotiable, based on experience and competency.
