Skills Required: Expertise on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) handling., Client Service/ Marketing, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Service Quality Control

Good communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in making phone calls and communicating with clients.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work under monthly targets.
Basic computer skills are preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Promote Marriage Formula's matrimonial media services through telephone calls and other marketing activities.
Contact potential clients and explain our marriage media services.
Generate new clients and convert prospective customers into paying clients.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain professional relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
Maintain daily call records and submit regular performance reports.
Work actively to increase the company's client base and revenue.
