Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview
This is not just a typical marketing job — you’ll be the first point of contact for people interested in starting an online business. Your role will be to:
- Communicate with leads generated from our Facebook and TikTok campaigns.
- Understand their needs and explain how our services can help them.
- Convert them into paying clients.
- Guide them on how to manage their new website.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to Facebook & TikTok leads.
- Explain the benefits of starting an online business using our website services.
- Convert interested individuals into clients.
- Teach clients basic website management tasks, such as:
- Adding products
- Updating prices and descriptions
- Managing customer orders
- Keeping their store up-to-date
- Maintain a record of all client interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide friendly, ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
