• Understanding of online business models like dropshipping.
• Familiarity with product listing and order processing.

Role Overview

This is not just a typical marketing job — you’ll be the first point of contact for people interested in starting an online business. Your role will be to:

• Communicate with leads generated from our Facebook and TikTok campaigns.
• Understand their needs and explain how our services can help them.
• Convert them into paying clients.
• Guide them on how to manage their new website.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to Facebook & TikTok leads.
• Explain the benefits of starting an online business using our website services.
• Convert interested individuals into clients.
• Teach clients basic website management tasks, such as:
• Adding products
• Updating prices and descriptions
• Managing customer orders
• Keeping their store up-to-date
• Maintain a record of all client interactions and follow-ups.
• Provide friendly, ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
