A bachelor`s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
3 years of progressive experiences in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or e-commerce industry.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or social media marketing, are a plus.
Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Expertise in setting up, managing, and maintaining Facebook and Google Adwords campaigns
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture etc.)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Experience in working with media houses and communication agencies is a plus.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
3.1 Digital Marketing Management
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and other digital assets.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
3.2 Ad Management and Monitoring
Manage end-to-end ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital advertising channels.
Monitor and analyze ad performance, and continuously make improvements to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of advertising performance, including recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
3.3 Collaboration with Media Houses / Communication Agencies
Work closely with media houses/communication agencies to develop engaging promotional content.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials such as banners, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
Ensure that all promotional content aligns with OsudKini`s brand identity and messaging.
Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality promotional content.
Review and provide feedback on content produced by media houses and communication agencies to ensure it meets OsudKini`s standards and objectives.
