Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative E-commerce Growth Strategist to join our fast-paced marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful online marketing strategies for e-commerce businesses, resulting in significant sales growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, team leadership, and business development skills. The E-commerce Growth Strategist will be responsible for creating data-driven strategies, overseeing their execution across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok), managing a creative and media buying team, and actively contributing to the agency`s growth.

Mode of Job: Full-Time (10am – 7pm)

Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive online marketing strategies for e-commerce clients, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving business objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy development.

  • Create detailed execution plans, including channel mix, budget allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing, including email marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing, eye-catching ad creatives based on strategic insights.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization to ensure sales growth.

  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of creative specialists and Digital Marketing Team.

  • Bridge the gap between strategy and execution, providing clear direction and creative briefs to the team.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Business Development & Client Management:

  • Participate in new business pitches and proposals, showcasing the agency`s ecommerce expertise (Through online)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their ecommerce growth journey.

  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients, demonstrating the value of our services.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.



Job Other Benifits:
    • 4 months` probation after that job confirmation based on performance.

    • Weekend: 1 day. (Friday) and alternate Saturday.
