Education:

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Graphics Design, Video Editing, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing will be preferred

• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Video Editing, Photoshop, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, SEO, or Analytics will be highly preferred.

• Age 18 to 35 years
• Only Female

• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media management.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other marketing tools.

• Strong analytical and creative skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in Bangla and English.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) campaigns and content calendars.

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing campaigns and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI.

• Oversee and maintain the company’s websites and online presence, ensuring up-to-date and SEO-friendly content.

• Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop engaging visuals, videos, and promotional materials.

• Analyze web and social media analytics to measure campaign performance and user engagement.

• Implement strategies for lead generation, re-marketing, and conversion optimization.

• Create strategies for high reach and engagement in a short time

• Monitor and report on emerging trends in digital marketing and competitors’ activities
