Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Female

• Minimum 1 year practical experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads & Basic SEO.
• Ability to create content ideas for our products.
• Good communication skills (Bangla & basic English).
• Creative, responsible & target-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc).
• Products promotion, boosting, audience targeting & campaign setup.
• Content planning & scheduling.
• Page management, inbox handling & customer engagement.
• Supervise and manage the Online Sales & Marketing Team to achieve digital sales targets
• Set targets, Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, Track performance, analyze data, collaboration with the online sales team, ensure achievement of online sales and marketing goals and improve overall team efficiency
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management

Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM
