Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Generate quality leads from social media campaigns and ensure consistent follow-up for conversion.
Manage and update customer records systematically in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries while maintaining the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to ensure engagement and brand visibility.
Learn and maintain strong product knowledge to handle customer queries confidently.
Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and share reports with the marketing team.
Support content creation and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and reach.
