∎ Proven experience 6 Months to 1 Year in a digital marketing executive role, preferably in an educational or consultancy environment.
∎ Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in education or consultancy services.
∎ Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other boosting tools.
∎ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms.
∎ Creative thinking with excellent content creation and editing skills.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Understanding of immigration policies and study-abroad trends.
∎ Multilingual skills for diverse audiences (e.g., Bangla and English).
∎ Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce for lead management.
∎ Professional design skills (e.g. Canva or Photoshop) for creating attractive marketing materials.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
∎ Boost and optimize social media posts to increase engagement and lead generation.
∎ Manage paid advertisements, ensuring ROI optimization and budget control.
∎ Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blogs, to promote study abroad programs.
∎ Monitor analytics and campaign performance, providing reports and insights for improvement.
∎ Respond promptly to online queries and engage with audiences effectively.
∎ Collaborate with the counseling team to align marketing strategies with client needs.
