  • At least 3 years of proven experience in hands-on digital marketing roles.

  • Strong knowledge of AI applications in marketing.

  • In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, particularly for fashion brands.

  • Practical experience with Google Workspace, design tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent project management and team coordination skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer journey mapping.

Fantabulous is a premium fast-fashion women’s clothing brand, established in 2016, with retail outlets in Bashundhara City Shopping Complex and Gulshan Pink City. We are now expanding into the e-commerce space and seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online sales, branding, and digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the brand.

  • Manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.

  • Create and manage social media content calendars.

  • Optimize all digital channels for website traffic, lead generation, and sales.

  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

  • Oversee SEO and email marketing activities.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad visuals and copy.

  • Must meet business development targets as discussed by the team.



Job Other Benifits:
    • Monthly Salary: BDT 50,000 - 65,000 (based on experience).

    • Two annual festival bonuses (Eid).
