Job Context:
∎ Alapon ad media are looking for a Female Digital marketing specialist for their company. Very proactive, self-driven and well-groomed to lead from the front. Having very good working experience as a Digital Marketer in any reputed ad media will get preference. Must have good understanding regarding the Bangladesh digital marketing and online selling.

∎ Workplace: (Gulshan -1)
∎ Job Timing: Full Time (9am to 6pm)
∎ Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To contribute to the strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives.
∎ Identify target markets and reach them.
∎ Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategy.
∎ Sound knowledge about social media content violations.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including Graphics Designing, Video Editing knowledge.
∎ Develop marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
∎ Planning and executing all Web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Preparing operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies.
∎ Plan & Execute all the Digital Marketing Campaign as per company need.
∎ Optimized Digital Campaigns using digital tools.
∎ Expert in Facebook, Instagram marketing and online selling.
∎ Able to acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
∎ Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Creates necessary marketing database, email, and social media advertising, conducts advertising campaigns.
∎ Must have experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook posting, post boosting, and responding.
∎ Coordinate closely with relevant teams to plan and execute effective campaigns.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (i.e., social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Website ranking in Google (On-Page, Off-Page, Local SEO).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ E-commerce background will get preferred
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Medical allowance.
Performance bonus.
Unlimited Tea or Coffee.
Salary Review: Yearly.
Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
