Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Software Architec, .Net, 3+ years Experience with laravel frameworks, Adobe Photoshop illustrator, Basic video editing skills, CRM, Graphic Design, Web Developer, WordPress plugins development, Youtubing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development of effective marketing strategies for SEO, SEM, Direct Client Manage related to company aim, and Social Media Marketing Campaigns.
∎ Analysing Marketing results, making conclusions and proposals of how to improve Marketing effectiveness, and hire clients for companies related services.
∎ Working directly with the internal creative team to create compelling marketing materials that drive conversions and retention.
∎ Deploy campaigns across multiple platforms including; Websites, Email, Forum, Google Ads, Social Media (Highly professional), and Third-party providers.
∎ Measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
∎ Develop copy for creative deliverables, including; websites copy, emails & email marketing, social media posts, campaign, ads, sell sheets, and blogs.
∎ Deploy SEO techniques across website platforms and International level skilled.
∎ Drive both traffic generation and lead generation initiatives
∎ Stay current on best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovating ideas, and technologies.
∎ Strong skill in Content marketing, Blog Posting, Guest posting, Article posting.
∎ Must be expertise in Online Marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, etc.
∎ Competitors Analysis and Reporting.
∎ Familiarity with web technology.
∎ Reporting activities on a daily basis.
∎ Knowledge about Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
∎ Develop and implement effective link building through Social Bookmarking, Web 2.0, Forum, Directory Submission, Blog Comments, etc.
∎ Strong knowledge of E-mail Marketing & E-mail collecting according to our product & services related.
∎ Photoshop and Illustrator experience a plus.
∎ Strong Skills on Google webmaster and analytics.
∎ Solid understanding of online sales processes.
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
∎ Familiarity with current technologies, like Google Hangout, G-suit, Slack, Software.
∎ Closely monitor and successfully deal with our e-commerce business partner.
∎ Communicate with customers by email, phone, in person, and responsive with across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
∎ To know Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant software are advantages.
∎ Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media and Email Marketing.
∎ Submit daily work reports, on a regular basis.
∎ Must have good knowledge about graphics design and video editing.
∎ Overall monitoring ERP software such as finance and accounting, payroll, production, materials management and customer relationship management (CRM) etc.
∎ Capable to solve any type of trouble shooting issues who use the ERP systems
∎ Ensure proper input process into the ERP system
∎ Answering questions and providing guidance for all team projects.
∎ Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
∎ Perform as counsellor and coach for ERP solution implementation
∎ Work closely with the ERP development / implementation team and complete the ERP installation as advised by team leader.
∎ Conduct and coordinate the training activities and provide support to ERP users.

∎ Age 21 to 46 years

∎ Skills Required: Client Management, Content Marerience.
∎ Excellent writing & communication skills in English & Bangla is a must.

∎ Content writing experience will be preferred.

∎ Must be a hardworking, highly self-motivated self-starter.
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ We shall provide Excellent Incentive Package, Commission
