Job Overview

GumBazar is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our online growth and brand visibility.
This role will focus on social media management, content execution, and campaign support across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms

• Schedule posts according to the content calendar

• Assist in writing captions, hashtags, and basic marketing copy

• Support Facebook Ads & boosted post activities under supervision

• Monitor inbox messages, comments, and user engagement

• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads)

• Coordinate with design & content teams for creatives

• Observe market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Platforms

• Hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram

• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

• Basic English communication skills (Bangla understanding required)

• Good sense of content, branding, and online trends

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager

• Understanding of Reels / Short-form video content

• Experience in E-commerce or Marketplace platforms

• Basic reporting or analytics exposure
