Responsibilities & Context:
Content Creation & Curation: Develop, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Social Media Strategy & Campaigns: Plan, execute, monitor, and analyze social media campaign performance and recommendations to promote products, services, events, or brand initiatives.
Community Engagement: Manage and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion rates.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand advocate, promoting the company’s values and mission across social media channels.
