∎ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and online marketing tools.
∎ Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
∎ Experience working with real estate companies, hotels, or resort developments.
∎ Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and CRM tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and real estate listing websites.
∎ Manage SEO/SEM strategies to boost online visibility and generate qualified leads.
∎ Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and the company’s website.
∎ Monitor analytics and campaign performance, providing reports and strategy improvements.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
