  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in HR & Admin role within the healthcare industry with at least 5 years of proven experience as Head of HR & Admin in renowned Diagnostics Center. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Proficiency in computer applications and other HR relevant software. 

  • Deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced DGM/GM-Head of HR & Admin to lead and manage our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a passion for driving organizational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

HR Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company`s business objectives. 

  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, focusing on professional development and employee engagement. 

Operational Excellence: 

  • Manage and monitor the entire operation process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Oversee facility management, procurement, and logistics. 

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures. 

Team Management: 

  • Lead and manage the HR and administrative teams, providing guidance and support. 

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet organizational goals. 

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. 

Regulatory Compliance: 

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. 

  • Manage license renewals and other regulatory requirements. 

  • Maintain strong relationships manage communicate with various government and non-government organizations on matters related to HR and administrative issues. 

  • Ensure timely license renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Financial Management: 

  • Monitor the sales team performance and revenue status, providing strategic oversight. 

  • Manage budgets and control expenses. 

  • To perform any other responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
