Experience:
Master`s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) with a science background in HSC and SSC from Govt. recognized institutions.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in HR & Admin role within the healthcare industry with at least 5 years of proven experience as Head of HR & Admin in renowned Diagnostics Center.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and other HR relevant software.
Deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company`s business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, focusing on professional development and employee engagement.
Operational Excellence:
Manage and monitor the entire operation process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee facility management, procurement, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures.
Team Management:
Lead and manage the HR and administrative teams, providing guidance and support.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet organizational goals.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage license renewals and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong relationships manage communicate with various government and non-government organizations on matters related to HR and administrative issues.

Financial Management:
Monitor the sales team performance and revenue status, providing strategic oversight.
