Job Responsibilities:
∎ General & Corporate Marketing for Sales & Rent.
∎ Preparing & Design of Product Brochure, Project Leaf-let, Project Billboard & Fencing, Fair Leaf-let, Festoon, Banner, X- Banner.
∎ Flat/Shop/office Space Sale by Personal data base/Client Bank, Paper & online Advertisement, Direct Marketing by Phone, sms, Product Leaf-let and Offer Latter distribution in a Significant area, E-mail, Door to Door Marketing, Project Fair, Personal Reference Etc.
∎ Preparing reports on the activities of the Sales.
∎ Preparation of Note Sheet, Allotment Latter, Rent Deed, Sales Deed of Agreement, Join venture deed, Advance/ pretext/ pledge Deed Proposal letter for Joint Venture development, Affidavit etc.
∎ Achieve individual Sales target.
∎ Daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.
∎ Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report daily and a summary report at the weekend.
∎ Preparing Payment-Statement each Client.
∎ Management of Project loan for Company.
∎ Management of Home loan for customer.
∎ Maintenance of Customer Profile.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty
∎ To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, council ling with client, corporate sales meeting arrange, Tele-marketing, customer relation develop, site visit with client
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
∎ Daily client/Market visit and reporting.
∎ Create new clients, door to door marketing and maintain liaison with existing clients.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Applicant have to sell Apartments, Shops, Office spaces and Ready plots at Old town.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate.
∎ At least 2-3years of experience in relevant positions field is must.
∎ Responsible, reliable and organized able to work in independently and as part of team.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic, hardworking & target oriented with positive thinking & approach.
∎ Must be always ready to take the challenges with a proven track record on real estate market.
∎ Negotiation & convincing skills.
∎ Must have minimum 8-10years experience in Real Estate/ Land Development/ Housing company.
∎ Applicant must have fluency in English both of written & Spoken, also should have good computer literacy
∎ Ability to work within the time frame and sense of priority is desirable.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
