• Maintaining accounts for sales, purchases, and expenditures using Tally ERP 9.
• Recording daily sales data in the system.
• Accounting for all expenses incurred by the showrooms.
• Monitoring the work of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely daily transactions.
• Reconciling all business accounts to identify discrepancies and prevent lost transactions.
• Facilitating incoming payments and outgoing checks, including obtaining signatures and monitoring every bill.
• Analyzing accounting data and generating financial reports.
• Reviewing and presenting daily, monthly, and yearly financial statements to management.
• Maintaining stock levels using software and cross-checking with physical stock counts.
• Ordering products for the stocks as instructed by the supervisor and following company stock policies.
