Experience:
Master’s degree in Public Administration / Management / Law preferred.
MBA / LLB will be an added advantage.

Proven expertise in factory administration, labour law, safety, security, and HR management.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Email, ERP knowledge).
Job Context
Nasir Group, one of the leading and most diversified industrial conglomerates in industrial sector of Bangladesh, is establishing a new state-of-the-art glass manufacturing plant. To ensure smooth establishment and efficient operation of this new facility, we are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic DGM / GM – Admin. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing administration, HR, compliance, and coordination with relevant authorities, ensuring smooth operations in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise all administrative operations of the new glass manufacturing plant.
Ensure smooth operation of office management, security, logistics, and housekeeping services.
Oversee recruitment, transfer, promotion, and termination of workers and staff.
Monitor attendance, discipline, behavior, and implement worker training and performance evaluation programs.
Ensure full compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 (amended) and the Factories Act.
Maintain regular communication with various government departments (Labour Office, Industrial Police, Department of Environment, Fire Service, BSTI, Power Division, etc.).
Coordinate with local administration (UNO office, Upazila administration, Police Station, District administration especially with DC & SP).
Obtain and renew all required government approvals, licenses, and permits for factory operations.
Implement fire safety, occupational health and safety (OHS) programs, and conduct risk assessments.
Handle crisis situations such as labor unrest, accidents, and natural disasters.
Maintain close coordination with Production, HR, Accounts, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
Prepare and control the administrative budget, reduce unnecessary expenses, and improve operational efficiency.
Safeguard company policies, strategies, and confidential information while ensuring discipline among employees.
