Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, or Corporate Communications, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or large group of companies.

Skills:

  • Excellent command in Brand Strategy, Market Analysis, and Communication Planning.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding and communication strategies for all Nasir Group concerns.

  • Manage end-to-end brand visibility activities including store banners, van/pickup branding, billboards, LED displays, and occasion/event banners.

  • Oversee press releases, affiliations, sponsorships, and participation in fairs, exhibitions, and public events.

  • Lead production and placement of TVCs/OVCs, motion graphics, and short-form content for both traditional and digital media.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and product lines.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design and deliver impactful advertising, events, and promotional materials.

  • Evaluate and report the effectiveness of branding campaigns using KPIs and analytical tools.

  • Supervise Facebook, e-commerce, and Google Merchant promotions, ensuring consistent online brand presence.

  • Manage Google Map ads, newspaper and GDN advertising, and other media outreach campaigns

  • Manage the branding budget efficiently to maximize ROI.

  • Represent the brand at corporate events, exhibitions, and media engagements.
