Experience:
Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication from any reputed university.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, or Corporate Communications, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or large group of companies.
Skills:
Excellent command in Brand Strategy, Market Analysis, and Communication Planning.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Develop and execute comprehensive branding and communication strategies for all Nasir Group concerns.
Manage end-to-end brand visibility activities including store banners, van/pickup branding, billboards, LED displays, and occasion/event banners.
Oversee press releases, affiliations, sponsorships, and participation in fairs, exhibitions, and public events.
Lead production and placement of TVCs/OVCs, motion graphics, and short-form content for both traditional and digital media.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and product lines.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design and deliver impactful advertising, events, and promotional materials.
Evaluate and report the effectiveness of branding campaigns using KPIs and analytical tools.
Supervise Facebook, e-commerce, and Google Merchant promotions, ensuring consistent online brand presence.
Manage Google Map ads, newspaper and GDN advertising, and other media outreach campaigns
Manage the branding budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Represent the brand at corporate events, exhibitions, and media engagements.
