Must have strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory administration.
Leadership and decision-making ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain discipline in the factory.

Nasir Footwear Ind. Ltd., a sister concern of Nasir Group of Industries is one of the growing and reputed footwear manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, committed to producing high-quality products for both local and international markets. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Dy. Manager/ Manager – Admin & HR at our factory.
Responsibilities
Oversee overall factory administration and human resource (HR) operations.
Ensure company rules, regulations, and labor laws are properly implemented and maintained.
Handle recruitment, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR-related functions.
Maintain liaison with local administration, law enforcement agencies, and government offices.
Ensure timely renewal and documentation of all company licenses such as trade license, fire license, environmental clearance, etc.
Maintain and update all factory land-related documents, including mutation (namjari), land tax, deeds, lease papers, and related legal documents.
Properly preserve and maintain factory plans, architectural and machinery drawings, and all other relevant technical documents.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and welfare activities.
Supervise factory security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and other administrative support services.
Ensure safety, health, and compliance standards are followed within the factory premises.
Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and performance evaluations.
Provide necessary administrative and HR support to top management.
