  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in HRM, Management, or Business Administration).
  • PGD HRM or MBA in HRM will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of practical experience in Admin & HR, preferably in a footwear or manufacturing industry

  • Must have strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory administration.

  • Leadership and decision-making ability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and HR software.

  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain discipline in the factory.

Job Context

Nasir Footwear Ind. Ltd., a sister concern of Nasir Group of Industries is one of the growing and reputed footwear manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, committed to producing high-quality products for both local and international markets. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Dy. Manager/ Manager – Admin & HR at our factory.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall factory administration and human resource (HR) operations.

  • Ensure company rules, regulations, and labor laws are properly implemented and maintained.

  • Handle recruitment, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR-related functions.

  • Maintain liaison with local administration, law enforcement agencies, and government offices.

  • Ensure timely renewal and documentation of all company licenses such as trade license, fire license, environmental clearance, etc.

  • Maintain and update all factory land-related documents, including mutation (namjari), land tax, deeds, lease papers, and related legal documents.

  • Properly preserve and maintain factory plans, architectural and machinery drawings, and all other relevant technical documents.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and welfare activities.

  • Supervise factory security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and other administrative support services.

  • Ensure safety, health, and compliance standards are followed within the factory premises.

  • Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and performance evaluations.

  • Provide necessary administrative and HR support to top management.
