Job Responsibilities:
1. Respond to all digital communications (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) promptly and professionally.
2. Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
3. Create engaging content for Facebook posts, reels, and promotional campaigns.
4. Plan and manage Facebook Ads & Boosted campaigns.
5. Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
6. Coordinate with showroom team regarding bookings and installations.
7. Take product photos/videos and create promotional reels.
8. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
9. Maintain customer database and follow-up system.
10. Collect customer reviews and manage online reputation.
