Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and familiarity with using social media in a professional context.

  • Should have relevant good industry contact.     

  • Good at English and communication with executives at international agencies/banks.    

  • Should manage communication with board and CEO.      

  • Excellent in communication with presentation and negotiation skills.      

  • Synchronize BOD expectations to drive results.    

  • Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges.      

  • Use of Sales and Marketing Strategy.      

  • Application of service, product, and customer technology knowledge.      

  • Revenue & Pricing Management.    

  • Business Operations Skills.      

  • Strategic Customer Partnership.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Setup overall business strategy with year-on-year revenue growth supported by planning and executing of sales and marketing drives.

  • Responsible for New Business Development in line with agreed annual business plans in the short-run and long run.

  • Overall responsible for driving acquisition of new educational institutes and retaining current customers to meet set annual revenue and profitability targets.

  • Design and implement business operations strategies, plans and procedures.

  • Oversee overall day to day operational and administrative activities by managing people and resources efficiently.

  • Oversee customer service processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain relationships with several banking institutions, MFS, educational institutes, and other vendors as well as visit and attend meetings for business opportunities.

  • Develop business strategy and performance benchmarks and ensure that these are achieved to achieve overall business goals.

  • Recommend yearly budget for Board approval and manage the organization`s resources within those budget guidelines.

  • Demonstrate an effective and inspiring leadership for building and managing team, system, and culture across SDL for the overall development of the company.

  • Hold others accountable to establish performance levels to achieve individual and group goals.

  • Coach others and provide ongoing feedback and support to improve performance.
