Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACA,FCA,FCMA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Accounting Software, Budget, Cost Management, Financial Research

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing, monitoring of daily/weekly/monthly financial reports.
∎ Supervises, directs and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including but not limited to, cash reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses etc.
∎ Conducting cash management (including placement/movement of funds in various projects).
∎ Responsible for maintaining organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
∎ Responsible for resolving complex accounting issues or assists other Authority personnel in resolving financial issues.
∎ Responsible for must check the accuracy of data entry and approval of entry for preparing balance sheet, income statement.
∎ Responsible for preparing cash flow statement.
∎ Responsible for preparing other need based report according to higher management order.
∎ Monitoring Bill & Voucher preparation & posting to the system.
∎ Monitoring fixed assets register and help in preparation project wise.
∎ Supervising reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Prepare Cash, Bank & Journal Voucher & maintain cheque.
∎ Responsible for reviewing general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
∎ Financial Reporting (after month reporting, income statement, profit & loss analysis & month wise ledger balance check and double checking of monthly project wise materials consumption report, equivalent rental charge, fuel cost.
∎ Preparation project wise financial statement, Trial balance, Income statement & balance sheet.
∎ Maintain & preparing all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
∎ Supervises fixed assets, inventories, receivable, payable & general accounting function.
∎ Documentation of L/C related transaction and must have experience Export & Import related journal and bank voucher entry including insurance premium.
∎ Responsible for producing financial reports involving the Authority's trust accounts for monthly board meetings.
∎ Responsible for Coordinates monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
∎ Responsible for making and implementing recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
∎ Leading and Monitoring the automation process by implementing ERP module for Finance & Accounts Department..
