Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare daily, weekly and monthly schedule/plan for execution of projects.
∎ To prepare budget for execution of works.
∎ To supervise the quality of on-going development of works and ensure their timely completion.
∎ To monitor the progress of works and prepare daily reports for top management.
∎ To assign proper job to subordinates and guide them for quality and timely delivery of services.
∎ To ensure quality of works through conducting tests.
∎ To set requirement of manpower and prepare/update Organogram for smooth completion of work.
∎ To maintain store and prepare inventory for required construction materials/spare parts of equipment for providing uninterrupted support.
∎ To organize weekly/monthly meeting for reviewing problems/progress of the world.
∎ To assist the superiors in day to day works to maintain deadlines. To find the scope of variation in the project.
