2D 3D (Auto Cad), Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Graphics Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage brief from type setting through to tiles design, print and production.
∎ Prepare color correction to match with previous shade of tiles design for smooth production.
∎ Develop design in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator.
∎ Create Design in Screen printing Preparation, Décor & Border for Digital, Inkjet, Rotomatrix machine & Working with different software for 4/6/8 colors profiling for Inkjet machine.
∎ Understand & Create ICC Color profile for best quality print.
∎ Prepare color correction to match with previous shade of design.
∎ Coordinate with machine operator & Lab for smooth functioning of the plant.
∎ Quality check of designs, maintenance design justification file,
∎ Sampling for the final product.
∎ Collaborate the Design team & foreign designers for new Product development.
∎ Ensure design for digital printing machine parameter and adjust the color of all difficult design samples which is involved in the production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Well knowledge Photoshop and Illustrator design in software.
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Computer proficiency.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
∎ Proven leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities.
∎ Education qualification will be relaxed for more competent candidates
