∎ Age 26 to 36 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
∎ Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
∎ Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
∎ Work closely with the production team to suggest improvements for products and processes.
∎ Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and management.
∎ Be able to use various sketching and drawing techniques, including artistic representation, by hand or by computer, being aware of proportion and perspective, to sketch and draw leather goods accurately, both as 2D flat designs or as 3D volumes.
∎ Be able to prepare specification sheets with details of materials, components and manufacturing requirements.
∎ Concept development.
∎ Design development.
∎ Material selection, Value edition & execution.
∎ Accessories attachment, Documentation.
