Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research and analyze fashion trends to forecast upcoming styles and colors.
∎ Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met.
∎ Developing and oversee the production process, providing guidance and feedback to the design team.
∎ Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity and consumer expectations.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
∎ Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
∎ Developing a budget and analyzing that budget regularly to ensure it remains tenable.
∎ Multiple Fashion Design Projects from conceptualization to finished product.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary USD$ 2000.00, House Rent USD$ 400.00, Conveyance allowance USD$50.00 and Medical Allowance USD$50.00 as per Month.
