Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design soft knit jersey for customers in Export Design Studio;
∎ Create design development critical path for collection of products;
∎ Prepare sketch of design and ensure approval and necessary changes;
∎ Ensure specification and development of products with required quality standard;
∎ Create & monitor the design development collection for assigned customers
∎ Identify key trends, colors, fabrics, print, etc. and translate into commercial designs;
∎ Check fittings with technical team;
∎ Follow up pattern and sample development to final completion stage;
∎ Coordinate with customers for product development.
∎ Arrange customer meetings as per need
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience across women/men/kids knit products.
∎ Vast knowledge in CAD Drawings & software skills
∎ Good English communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and creative & self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Used to work in a fast paced design environment.
∎ Commercially focused with good feasible sampling.
∎ Strong sense of fashion and curiosity and current market knowledge.
∎ Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Knowledge of printing/embroidery/washing techniques would be a distinct advantage.
