Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Graduation/ Diploma (Certificate course on graphics design will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.00 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognised institution.
∎ Skills Required: 3D Modeling, Adobe In design, Drawing skills, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, painting, Video Editing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphic Design, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Video Editing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop quality communications materials for BRAC Seed and Agro Enterprise and deliver respective department for quick implementation
∎ Develop and design innovative concept and graphics for organisational marketing, such as, Product, Packaging, Brochure, Logo, Banner, Stage and Branding etc.as per need
∎ Ensure the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of BRAC Seed and Agro Enterprise
∎ Check prepress design, machine proof copy and should be capable to output setup for press printing
∎ Prepare Leaflets, Flyers, Designs, and Advertising materials for launchings marketing of the products as per the requirements of the departments
∎ Develop design concepts; digitize concepts in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design and others Designing software
∎ Generate new idea or new concept of required design and printing layout.
∎ Work in collaboration with colleagues, deal with the client and be the point of contact for marketing team
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have sound knowledge on planning, budgeting, branding, non-profit branding, idea on offset, digital and flexible printing, creative communications, contemporary desktop publishing practices, material development process, different types of materials, knowledge about vendors and printers
∎ Must be skilled in using desktop publishing software, 3d Modeling, video editing, drawing and painting, strong visual sense, time management
∎ Must have sound communication skill, analytical ability, presentation skill, and reporting skill
∎ Must have ability of relationship building, prioritizing, dealing with ambiguity, thinking out of the box, independent decision making
∎ Must be a Team player; able to work under pressure, future oriented, hardworking
