Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct brainstorming, designing and producing concept
∎ Creation of fashion design that suits the company brand
∎ Plan and develop ranges, often based on a theme;
∎ Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes;
∎ Understand design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs
∎ Ensure supervising the making up of sample garments;
∎ Ensure proper quality control
∎ Ensure fore-planning of season/festivals and create design accordingly that suits;
∎ Ensure developing of patterns & overseeing the producing
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise & trained up the team members to achieve business plan;
∎ Liaise closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure items that suit the customer, market and price points;
∎ Visit trade shows and manufacturers to source, select and buy fabrics, trims, fastening and embellishments;
∎ Develop a pattern that is cut and sewing into sample garments and supervise the creation of these, including fitting, detailing and adaptions;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on different fabrication, fabrics performance reports, sewing, get up and packaging.
∎ Have experience in fashion designing with large retail fashion brand.
∎ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop,illustrator & other components of adobe creative suite.
∎ Must be a Team player.
∎ Knack on new fashion and styling
∎ Proactive and calculative
∎ Good sense of humor
∎ Well Organized & self driven.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
