∎ B.Sc in Fashion Design Technology from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage design process from conception through to final styling;
∎ Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration;
∎ Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts;
∎ Select fabrics and trims;
∎ Conduct brainstorming, designing and producing concepts;
∎ Adapt existing designs for bulk production;
∎ Create production sketches and technical package;
∎ Review product for style and fit during presentation;
∎ Follow planning of seasons/festivals and create design accordingly;
∎ Follow-up suppliers timely;
∎ Ensure materials booking in advance for next seasons sample development;
∎ Develop and explore new techniques for design purpose like- new washing, new dyeing technique, new printing technique, embroidery, fit and silhouette development etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on different fabrication, fabrics performance reports, sewing, get up and packaging.
∎ Have experience in fashion designing with large retail fashion brand.
∎ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop,illustrator & other components of adobe creative suite.
∎ Must be a Team player.
∎ Knack on new fashion and styling
∎ Proactive and calculative
∎ Good sense of humor
∎ Well Organized & self driven.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
