Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and explore new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
∎ Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and quotations.
∎ Oversee the preparation and issuance of Proforma Invoices (PI).
∎ Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and deliveries.
∎ Handle and monitor Letters of Credit (LC) from issuance to confirmation and payment.
∎ Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and customers to ensure compliance with LC terms.
∎ Monitor and ensure final payment receipt and settlement of outstanding invoices.
∎ Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance and market share.
∎ Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
∎ Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
∎ Provide training and support to junior sales and marketing staff.
∎ Stay updated with industry developments, new products, and best practices.
