Education:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ MBS in Accounting.

  • CA- (C.C) from a renowned Audit Firm.

  • ITP Certified from NBR.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Industries as a Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive-Tax & Vat.

  • Must have practical experience in the procedure of Tax & Vat assessment.

  • Must have practical in RJSC related work.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • TAX-Related Functions.

  • Preparation of Annual Financial Statements in line with Accounting Standards & Tax Law.

  • Maintain Books of Accounts in Accounting Software.

  • Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.

  • Bank Reconciliation.

  • Documents filling for assessment purposes.

  • Withholding Tax Return-Section 177 of ITA 2023,

  • Annual Income Tax Return Submission & Advance Income Tax (AIT) Submission.

  • Calculate income tax liability of Companies, employees & Directors, and expatriates.

  • Prepare or review income tax return files of Directors, Companies, and ensure submitting such returns in due time.

  • Presence for hearing, assessment & settlement of income tax with DCT, ACT, and JCT and obtaining clearance certificate of income tax from NRB.

  • Ensure deduction at source of all AIT & VAT from supplier or service provider and deposit it to the Bangladesh Bank as per applicable rules & regulations.

  • Practical experience in VAT affairs (9.1, 4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 & 6.6 etc.)

  • Facing VAT Audit, appeal, and tribunal.

  • Prepare a Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association for a new company as per the nature of business

  • Prepare different types of resolutions & minutes for various purposes.

  • Submit annual return to RJSC and approve such return and obtain a certified copy from RJSC.

  • Conduct Board of Directors Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and other statutory meeting.

  • Ensure submission of returns & reports to the Joint Stock Company on time.
