∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Partial qualification of Financial Professional degree will be preferred.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Report and control of inventory related transactions, actual cost analysis comparing with approved BOQ, periodic physical verification and so on.
∎ Prepare and/or review of various financial analytics in terms of project profitability, costing, Revenue, financial position based on management requirement.
∎ Ensure due compliance with required documentation related to withholding tax and VAT related to for payment and collection, along with periodic reporting & reconciliation.
∎ Accurate and timely transaction posting, documentation, periodic reconciliation and reporting of customer related transactions and day-to-day petty cash management of the company.
∎ Review of fund position, available financing facility, repayment schedules and cash flow.
∎ Proper archiving of all physical and virtual database related to Reporting & MIS, vouchers, books of accounts, loan/customer/project related documentations and so on.
∎ Prepare financial feasibility analysis of new project and business.
∎ Reporting and control of fixed assets related transactions, budget approval, capitalization, transfer, disposal, depreciation posting, periodic physical verification with asset tagging and so on.
∎ Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
∎ Factory petty cash management and oversee and control factory overhead expenses.
∎ Accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
∎ Provide administrative support to the production team, including processing payroll, managing employee records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
∎ Ensuring renewal of Factory/Company Licenses and other compliance and standard from regulatory authorities, such as Factory, Fire, Environmental, Holding Tax etc.
∎ Handles administrative tasks related to HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, managing benefits, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance.
∎ Provides administrative support for project teams, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating communication.
∎ Manages administrative tasks in healthcare settings, including patient appointments, medical records, insurance claims, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
∎ Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
