∎ Bachelor's in business administration, management, marketing and sales and/or any other related field
∎ MBA/Master's degree in marketing and sales and/or any related field will be given priority

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and achieve sales target and set new targets
∎ Meeting and maintaining relationship with existing customers/clients
∎ Visit the company projects with the client for their quires and satisfaction
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients
∎ Bringing in new clients
∎ Preparing sales report and sales plan
∎ Developing sales strategies to achieve sales goals
∎ Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
∎ Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
∎ Improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network
∎ Getting clients to purchase or develop their property
∎ Job requires qualities such as negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
∎ Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
∎ Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
∎ Monitoring competitors' sales activities
∎ Any responsibility related to sales and other activities as and when required by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in Real Estate business (less than 8 years will not be accepted)

Salary: Negotiable
