∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 14 to 16 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and execute activity plan in consultation with concerned authority for the development of the University.
∎ Play an active role in promoting university policy and provide executive leadership individually and in groups.
∎ Have clear concepts on UGC and Private University Management procedures.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about rules & regulations of the university and office of the Registrar as per Private University Act 2010.
∎ Coordinate and make liaison with the government offices, UGC, external agencies or organizations and submit periodic reports to the Ministry of Education & University Grants Commission as and when asked for.
∎ Check and ensure smooth exchange of official papers and initiate activities.
∎ Coordinate to prepare and verify all kinds of budget, voucher, requisition, demand note, comparative statement, proposals etc.
∎ Student complaint management and take remedial measures.
∎ Reporting the competent authority about any ambiguity, if found.
∎ Assist arranging different training programs for improving the performance of admin staff.
∎ Ensure a convenient working environment in the campus.
∎ Maintain & improve cordial relationships among the students, teachers, officers and others.
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the university authority from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Negotiable
∎ As per NUB Pay Structure but handsome remuneration package may be given to the deserving candidates.
