Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities •Assist the Managing Director in the overall management and strategic direction of the company.
∎ • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve company goals and objectives.
∎ • Lead and oversee various revenue generating departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with industry regulations.
∎ • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
∎ • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
∎ • Interact with Heads of business operations to ensure efficiency in operations that support the. Business growth strategies to improve revenue.
∎ • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
∎ • Ensure the company complies with international financial standards, legal guidelines and internal policies.
∎ • Prepare and present reports on company’s business performance to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
∎ • Support the Managing Director in decision-making processes and act as a representative of the company when required.
∎ • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, finance,claims, operations etc.

∎ Requirements:
∎ • Proven experience as DMD of at least two years in a life insurance company.
∎ Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
∎ • At least 15 years of Experience in insurance company in Bangladesh
∎ • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and
∎ public speaking skills.
∎ • Masters in business administration or relevant field. Professional qualification will
∎ be a bonus.
∎ • Ability to lead a diverse team to develop the business of the company
∎ • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
∎ • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
