∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All kinds of maintenance related work.
∎ Monitor and control utility consumption (Steam, Gas, Electricity, Air, and Water & Diesel) to meet the yearly consumption target.
∎ Monitor and control spare parts budget for both preventive and breakdown maintenance of the machines.
∎ Make and implement effective preventive maintenance schedule so as to unplanned breakdown could be minimized.
∎ Train and upgrade downstream technician and record it so as to build skill manpower and eradicate knowledge fade.
∎ Ensure proper operation of utilities and production machinery to maximize the production.
∎ Record and report daily utility consumption to the top management so as to monitor the overall operations are in right track.
∎ To keep maintain all electrical installation in the plant as per the global standard so as to meet all compliance as ACCORD ascribed.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance schedule being carrying out at right time on Gen set, Boiler, Compressor and 33 KV sub-station.
∎ Ensure ETP & WTP are being operational along with all supportive chemical remain in appropriate stock.
∎ Plan and implement new ideas and project to lead the plant into a green factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Utility Machine
∎ Gas Generator, Diesel Generator
∎ Gas Boiler, Cool Boiler
∎ Air Compressor
∎ 33 KV sub-station
∎ ETP & WTP
∎ Design, Drawing & implementation the safe Electrical Power distribution & wiring scheme as per ACCORD & NFPA requirement.
∎ Dyeing M.C- Thies
∎ Dyeing Finishing M.C- Bruckner
