∎ Job Location - BEACON Business Centre, 9/B/2,Toyenbee Circular Road, Motijheel, Dhaka-1223
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain effective and strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiation of banking services, credit facilities, and transactional arrangements
∎ Monitor banking costs and fees, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make effective contributions for optimizing banking relationships
∎ Monitor overdrafts (borrowings), cash positions, perform cash flow analysis, projection, and propose recommendations for improving liquidity management
∎ Analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows, analyze discrepancies, and take corrective actions
∎ Implement and maintain strong internal controls to process payments and mitigate risks - Provide regular reports to supervisor on cash flow projections, liquidity status, loan, and financial risks
∎ Effectively manage and oversee relevant functions and activities of the Treasury Management
∎ Ensure that the liquidity position is sound and cost-effective as also requirements of funds are readily met for ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
∎ Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
∎ Evaluate, develop, and implement cash flow management systems to optimize efficiencies
∎ Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations -Prepare loan repayment schedule & ensure payment on time
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years of experience in the relevant field (pre and post qualification)
∎ Sound knowledge of IAS/IFRS, VAT & Tax related issues and other regulatory requirements
