Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with Top Management & Sales Managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans for Sales team.
∎ Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources, to support the training programs.
∎ Design, develop and implement training programs, workshops, and learning materials tailored to diverse employee needs and learning styles.
∎ Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales team members, covering topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
∎ Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members, helping them overcome challenges and improve their performance.
∎ Integrate various learning methodologies, including e-learning, on-the-job training, mentoring and classroom training.
∎ Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring an engaging and effective learning environment.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods.
∎ Prepare regular reports on training activities, progress for management review.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
∎ Monitor and track the progress of trainees, providing regular reports to management on training outcomes and sales team performancePrepare a yearly training calendar approved by management.
∎ Arrange performance-based group training by scheduling step by step.
∎ Evaluate every person after training one by one and take necessary steps after evaluation.
