Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ BBA in Accounting/ or Finance
∎ Partly Qualified CACC ( CA-Professional Level),
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Income Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise routine Income Tax related activities of the team and ensure proper regulatory compliance.
∎ Conduct proactive Income Tax planning by evaluating how to best position assets and conduct transactions in order to minimize the amount of Income Tax liabilities of the company and appraise the management accordingly.
∎ Supervise the accounting process related to Taxes and provide financial analysis of accounting entries, including Legal and Management reporting.
∎ Prepare annual income tax return (with all supporting vouchers) in coordination with the external auditors and lawyers and submit the return to the relevant income tax circle within due time.
∎ Attend different Income tax hearing presided by relevant authorities and submit all necessary documents.
∎ Coordinate with Income Tax Lawyer and support in the subsequent process of appeal against Income Tax appeal with Relevant regulatory authorities and/or court.
∎ Maintain continuous liaison with relevant officials related to Income Tax and Lawyers etc.
∎ Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in Income Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Coordinate with the management to assign the external auditor for the annual audit and support the auditors to conduct the audit.
∎ Ensure Proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules within warehouse/factory.
∎ Keep liaisons with Government regulatory bodies.
∎ Maintain inventory registers as per government rules.
∎ Ensure VAT Challans for every delivery of products.
∎ Prepare reports in Quarterly/yearly basis and confirm VAT rebates with coordination of VAT process.
∎ Capable to handle all kinds of VAT and Custom related audit.
∎ Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
∎ Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls.
∎ Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
∎ Manage the companies VAT and customs compliance process independently as per VAT & Tax and customs acts and rules.
∎ Ensure audit is conducted by NBR, VAT commissioner audit, vat intelligence audit, customs valuation audit, and another Govt. agencies audit.
∎ Any other issues as related to assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office (Specially M.S Excel).
∎ Should have experience about accounting software/ERP.
Salary: Negotiable
