Job Context:
∎ Walton Plaza is the leading Electrical and Electronics retail sales network in Bangladesh. We are looking for dynamic,result oriented and self-motivated candidates for Sales Team.
∎ Work Station: Any Branch of Walton Plaza in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Hire sales management & target achievement of the respective plaza.
∎ Prepare and submit the weekly and monthly progress report of hire sales activities against yearly hire sales target.
∎ Ensure profitability of the respective plaza through strategic hire sales planning and cost optimization.
∎ Achieve hire collection target
∎ Ensure hire sales growth of respective local area.
∎ Ensure product Revert from bad account by according to compliance and sales guidelines
∎ Gather knowledge competitors' sales policy, strength & weakness.
∎ Develop and initiate marketing activities to increase hire sales in local area.
∎ Perform Locally Business promotional activities like Branding, Sales promotion related activities.
∎ Support others sales activities when it required.
∎ Conduct jorip and kisti mela in local area.
∎ Ensure selection of proper customer.
∎ Collect necessary document from hire customer.
∎ Ensure proper verification of hire customer and concern guarantor.
∎ Handover & follow up default customer to credit recovery & Legal team as and when required.
∎ Ensure and manage all activities according to compliance and sales guidelines.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the plaza manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
