Job Context:
∎ Supporting existing SAP FICO implementation , Business Reporting and leading new development in FICO areas in Co-ordination with Offshore (India) and Onsite ( Dhaka) Technical and functional team. He will support both Sourcing & Manufacturing Division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding business requirements clearly
∎ Deliver Monthly business reporting from SAP
∎ Ensure required controls in SAP & business processes
∎ Implement Product and WIP costing in SAP
∎ Configure new processes in SAP related to FICO areas
∎ Integration with MM, SD & QM
∎ Writing functional specification for ABAP developer
∎ Test out the developments to check whether it is in line with users' requests
∎ Trouble shoot / make changes in existing developments/SAP Processes
∎ Maintain proper documentation for all developments
∎ Support SAP configuration and assist in functional change requests
∎ Carry out functional analysis, designs, reviews, testing of SAP developments, ranging from small projects to large enhancements.
∎ Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements / new functionality and perform application research
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in industry for 6-7 years is essential
∎ Must have done one end to end implementation
∎ Must have done SAP configuration
∎ Thorough in SAP FICO processes and reporting
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Strong functional SAP FICO module knowledge like AP/AR/AA & Product costing
∎ Strong Accounting knowledge
∎ Integration knowledge with other modules/areas
∎ Hands on SAP configuration knowledge
∎ Knowledge of Manufacturing processes is required. Knowledge of Garment will be added advantage
∎ User management capability
∎ Functional support in ABAP development
∎ LSMW knowledge
∎ Very strong excel knowledge
∎ Good team player
∎ Good communication and co-ordination skills
∎ Skill Desired ( Added Advantage not mandatory)-
∎ SAP FI or CO certification:
∎ Garment Process Knowledge
∎ SAP Implementation experiences
∎ Exposure to any kind of BI reporting tools
∎ Exposure in SAP FIORI Apps
∎ Good debugging skills
