Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to department head to develop and implement the strategies for Flat & Commercial space sale.
∎ Ensure promotion and branding related activities to uphold the brand image of the company as well as product.
∎ Reading advertisements and contents related to the business of the company in various newspapers and submitting them in the form of report to the management.
∎ Designing and preparing layout for different official programs.
∎ Prepare the schedule of the advertisement for print & electronic media and ensure the advertisement as per schedule.
∎ Prepare the bill in the form of report to pay the bill of advertisement in electronic & print media along with others bill and submit to the Head of department.
∎ Maintain communication with responsible authority of the print media for the interest of the company.
∎ Other job as and when assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Multimedia, Graphics design
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Graphics Designing, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Multimedia
