Certifications (Preferred):

  • CODEX/HACCP (Level 3/4),

  • BRCGS, OHS Internal Auditor / FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor

  • ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 22000:2018 Lead Auditor

  • GMP/GHP training



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance programs.

  • Develop and implement pest control, ETP Management, Safety management program.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements as per FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL & GMP, BRCGS, EMS, OHS & IMS guidelines.

  • Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actions.

  • Train and supervise quality and quality assurance staff as well as relevant operation and others cross functional department.

  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met as per legal and customer requirements.

  • Prepare and conduct yearly third-party test plan following requirements of Product Labelling Rule 2017, BDS & FDA prescribed nutrition table.

  • Handling of artwork (label development) following Packaged Commodity Rules 2021, Product Labelling Rule 2017, BDS and international regulatory authorities.

  • Analyze quality data and implement improvements.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality.

  • Maintain documentation and records for traceability and preform mock recall activity.

  • Maintain retention sample and records for trackability.

  • Stay current with food safety regulations and industry trends.

  • Communicate quality issues and solutions across departments.

  • New material trail activity and confirmation based on compliance.

  • Measuring Equipment calibration activity & ensure inhouse and external calibration of all functional equipment.

  • Handling of Market complain & ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented, verified, and closed within set timeframes.

  • Ensure all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple, and concise manner.

  • Communicate with stockholder and legal body to full fill the respective requirements.
