Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline (English Medium Preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth OTA Operation.
∎ Product analysis and functionalities.
∎ Financial management skills to oversee budget.
∎ Manage human resource such as hiring and training staff.
∎ Sales and marketing skills such as determining potential market segments.
∎ Manage sales with B2B & B2C.
∎ Research new product as per market trend.
∎ To assists the COO as per requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong written and verbal communications on both English and Bangla.
∎ Organizational and planning skills.
∎ Travel management skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in GDS system (Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo)
∎ Strong leadership and team building skills.
∎ Time and risk management is an asset.
∎ Diploma in travel and tourism will be given preference
∎ Practical experience to handle independently all operation & organize the team members fit for working in respective areas of duty.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (after 6 Month from joining)
