Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS) is required; Master Degree in Public Health (MPH) or related field is an added advantage.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maternal, Newborn, Child Health & Nutrition (MNCHN) is one of the core components of Integrated Child Development, Shishuder Jonno program.
∎ S/he will provide extensive support to project/implementing partner and to ensure smooth implementation of MNCHN activities in sponsorship impact area in Barishal.
∎ S/he will be responsible for MNCHN program planning and implementation in Barishal impact areas, also will manage strategic partners at divisional, district, Upazilla, Union and ward level (Civil Surgeon, DDFP, UHFPOs, UFPOs, DC, Zilla, Upazilla & Union Parishads, community clinics etc.), as well as implementing partners.
∎ S/he will also be responsible for providing capacity building support to team members of project/implementing and strategic partners, assisting development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring tools and techniques and also do routine monitoring of the MNCHN program in Barishal Impact area.
∎ The incumbent will work closely with Senior Manager (Health & Nutrition), Manager (MNCHN), Manager (EYD), and Manager (AD) of the program and also with respective focal persons of Save the Children and project/implementing partner/s in Barishal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years of field/district-based MNCHN related work.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh MNCHN situation and challenges including rural contexts
∎ Excellent technical knowledge on MNCHN and hands-on experience on development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring tools etc.
∎ Proven track record to organize & facilitate training/workshop/meetings,
∎ Excellent knowledge/experience in district health & family planning and reporting system
∎ Excellent communication, coordination and facilitation skills
∎ Appropriate computer proficiency in MS Office and internet, email
