Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Business graduates from top-tier local or foreign university preferred.
∎ A professional course in marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the ATL and BTL activities of the company.
∎ Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
∎ Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
∎ Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
∎ Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
∎ Develop and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
∎ Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
∎ Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Very good communications skills.
∎ A creative mindset.
∎ The ability to lead team.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office packages.
