Job Context:
∎ Modern Agro Farm & Nutrition wants to Spread its business throughout the Bangladesh 64 District . It invites candidates to drop CV district wise.
∎ Job Place: District Wise( 64 Districts)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involve in Dealer sales and corporate sales ( Target Base) in district wise.
∎ Follow Key growth sales strategy, tactics and achieve that action plans accordingly.
∎ Achieve action plan for all adversiting , publicity and brand management assigned by the management.
∎ Travel whole Bangladesh for making market visit,workshop & training .
∎ Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management.
∎ Any other duties assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years practical experience in marketing and sales field.
∎ Must be excellent at designing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve desired results.
∎ Strong communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels within the company and extremely and team skills, working in a matrix environment.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ (Incentives for Achieving KPI)
